  • Sophie Biro

    FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

    Sophie has 25 years experience in Investment Banking in Emerging Markets and Asia based in London, Hong Kong and now Paris. She is the CEO of Adelwise, a sustainable finance consulting and independent “Blue Economy” Research Provider focused on identifying the best Investment solutions in support of a Sustainable Ocean. Her love for the sea and its eco-system has led to the creation of SEA GENERATION and she is strongly motivated to make a positive impact and raise awareness around the marine environment.

  • Sophie Lamacq

    SECRETARY

    Sophie is a senior executive with extensive experience in setting up, reforming, and managing companies, from Fortune 500 to small and medium enterprises, in the fields of environment services, with an emphasis on water and sewage management and sustainability. She worked 10 years in research and development and more than 20 years in business as CEO. She lived and worked in France and USA in her late twenties and has been living in Hong Kong and working in Hong Kong and mainland China since.

  • Frederique de Grignart

    VICE PRESIDENT

    Of Belgian origin, Frédérique discovered expatriation early in her childhood. She settled down in France to study and worked during 20 years in human resources management in investment banks and consulting firms. More recently, she lived in Brazil where she was in charge of an NGO dedicated to children education in one of the favela of São Paulo. When she got back to France, she decided to train to professional coaching in order to devote herself to what was always her driving force : help people to become more aware of one’s own resources and open up the field of what is possible. Frédérique now lives in Paris where she works as an independent executive coach.

  • Ritchel Cahilig

    LIAISON OFFICER FOR THE PHILIPPINES

    Ritchel is the liaison officer of Sea Generation for the Philippines. She is the co-founder & president of Aklan TREKKERS Inc. She is dedicated to protecting traditional ecological knowledge, advocating for environmental conservation, contributing to socio-economic development, and enhancing environmental consciousness. She holds a BSEd degree, majoring in Mathematics, with 13 years of teaching experience, and is currently studying Master of Environment and Natural Resources Management.

  • Justine Fourré

    MARKETING & SOCIAL NETWORK

    Justine is in her third year of law school, specialised in International Relations in Paris. She is very interested in ESG issues and has done an internship with ESG Lab & Society. During her spare time, she is keen to do volunteer work: she works with Action against Hunger and has recently joined the Sea Generation team. Justine lived ten years in Madrid, before moving back to Paris.

  • Jinky Jua Casidsid

    FACILITATOR

    Jinky serves as the Facilitator for Sea Generation, responsible for coordinating and implementing the Marine Conservation Education Programs at the Schools. Jinky is an advocate for ocean conservation, restoration, and sustainable use. Her decade of experience in financial account customer service, combined with her ongoing pursuit of a BS in Psychology, provides her with a unique blend of analytical skills and a deep understanding of human behavior. Dedicated to inspiring the next generation, Jinky strives to empower young minds to become stewards of our marine environments.
